It is not so much the failure of the GHub software but the lack of support and workable solutions from logitech that concern me. For instance just knowing that, while not officially supported, the older logitech gaming software and older versions of GHub may be worth trying until logitech solves the issues with GHub.įinding basically nothing on the logitech website to help makes me question whether I would want to purchase logitech products in the future. One thing logitech could do NOW is update their support website with guidance like what I found so that we don't have to hunt all over the web for answers. Using the older software from Solution 2 works just fine on Windows 11 and was able to recognized all my logitech devices (g110, g13, and g502). Unfortunately, there are older logitech devices like my g110 keyboard (which I love) that are not supported by GHub. None worked until I found the video in Solution 1 above. There were a lot of 'solutions' on the web to 'fix' this. Ended up with the f*ing spinning G forever screen. Recently 'upgraded' to Windows `11 and decided to upgrade logitech software to GHub. This will load and work on Windows 11! It recognized my g13 game pad, g110 keyboard and G502 mouse.
